Spiro was most informative on what I needed and what I didn't need. From the beginning he went on the roof and inspected it and showed me a few possible areas that could be problematic. He was able to educate me on the procedure and the products that would be used and the guarantees that went with them. His quote that he gave me was very reasonable for the size of the roof that I have. Within a week the materials were dropped off and the job was done. His workers were very efficient and polite.
