She is completely capable of making any home whether it be a 3000+ square foot home for a 1 bedroom condo more than just appealing...she makes it look outstanding!!!
She can do a complete make-over - painting, flooring, furnishing...or just "tweaking"...and she is able to work within a set budget! She did all this and more for the condo I listed and we had multiple offers and sold for over list within a few days!
