An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Going to Three Towers and meeting with Mr. John Fortugno ended up our extremely long search and multiple discussions with 9 different flooring stores in order to find the wood flooring that met all our expectations: very good quality flooring, a great choice, and at the right price.
John was extremely generous and took time to answered all our questions and believe me he is not a regular salesman. There are no pressures put on the consumer and he shared in all honesty his extensive expertise and knowledge, including advantages and disadvantages of the different wood species.
All these benefices come with a fantastic after sell service: delivery and installation were well done, on schedule and again at a good price. Three Towers went out of the ordinary to match the staircase and handrails with the floor.
One more tip, consulting the Three Towers website gives you access to the regular price of their floorings, monthly specials and included under Company overview, some very pertinent information regarding the different species of wood and more.
Personally, I am a very picky and informed consumer and Three Towers managed to meet all my demands and my environmental concerns, so 2 toms up to them.
