I called on the very busy Mark to help me replace an exterior door that was there since the house was built. He was kind enough to call me back and forward me to his supplier. The door had to be special ordered, so I did have to wait for a while before it could be installed. Luckily (for me and the installation team) the warm weather held and Mark and his team (another Mark and Amin) came in the morning and finished the job by the early afternoon. They even noticed an area of concern (a part of the external wall was cracking) and made a quick effort to seal it up as best they could.
Even though I'll still make my variety of phone calls and get a few quotes on future projects, Mark is promised that he will definitely be one of the 1st people I'll call.
On another level, Mark is friendly, confident, and straight forward. Great work, guys.
