The shopping experience was very pleasant and easy going. Excellent customer service. Communication and knowledge was second to none. Once we decided to do business, they were punctual and followed up with delivery. Very accommodating as we had to set the install date back twice due to renovation delays.
Their installer was on time, clean courteous and diligent. Excellent job.
I would absolutely recommend that you should give Ultra Carpet and Flooring consideration for your project.
