Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

I have used welda before for installation of my front and back doors and the work was well done. This time I needed a new window where a door used to be. Therefore some brick work had to be done as well.
I am very upset with the sales rep Les because he told me one quote and I ended up paying more in the end. I get a call a week later from Les telling me he has to charge me for the scaffolding. I assumed scaffolding would be needed since the window is on the second floor and therefore it was in the quote.
The installers did a very good job with the window and the brick work. They made it look seamless. We are very pleased with the end result. The installers were very professional and effcient as always.

I have used welda before for installation of my front and back doors and the work was well done. This time I needed a new window where a door used to be. Therefore some brick work had to be done as well.
I am very upset with the sales rep Les because he told me one quote and I ended up paying a lot more in the end. First the quote included everything and the only thing I would have to do was paint. I get a call a week later from Les telling me he has to charge me for the scaffolding. I assumed scaffolding would be needed since the window is on the second floor and therefore it was in the quote. The guys actually doing the work informed me that plastering is extra. Again Les told me at the beginning that the only thing to be done by me was painting. So now I will have to hire someone to do this work.
I was relying on sales rep recommendations and guidance as this is his field of expertise. I will never use Welda windows again!
