My AC system went down in the middle of the heat wave. After calling around with no one willing to give me same day or next day service, GTA ClimateCare booked me in with a committed ETA for next morning. I got booking notification reminder, text message notifying me when the tech was on route, and upfront repair costs. Everything was professional as it should be when dealing with a service company. The tech was knowledgable and reviewed all my options. I went with the repair and my unit was up and running making my house nice and cold. First class service and I would definitely recommend!
