I had a fantastic experience with Your Friend with a Cube Van Inc.

I had a time-sensitive city to city move booked. During the move out of my condo, the team was extremely helpful and attentive and went so far as to disassemble my couch for me.

Unfortunately, I was unable to reach my new residence in time to let Alex and other members of the team in so that they could move my stuff into the new apartment. However, they were so kind that they waited at least an additional forty minutes for me to arrive. They even went above and beyond and actually reached out to my landlord who helpfully lived across the street in order to help facilitate the move before I got there. When I finally arrived in Ottawa, all of my belongings had been carefully placed in each appropriate room. As well, even the couch that they had so diligently taken apart was re-assembled.

I should mention that in addition to my move, the team was also coordinating another large move to Ottawa from Toronto on the same day and managed to do these moves all within a day. They made every effort to accommodate my time-sensitive move to ensure everything would be there by the afternoon, even though I ended up being very late.

I would highly recommend this team of movers to anyone, they are attentive, professional, and most of all, have maintained a genuine and personable nature that is rare to come by.
