After experiencing my first dealing with Frontier Flooring, I must say it won't be my last. From the initial meeting with Frank to the completion of install by Vitaliy, your people are to be commended. Something I cannot say about your competitors during my search in finding a company to do our hardwood flooring. Your pricing, on the identical product, was slightly lower than that of your competitors, but definitely not the determining factor as to why I selected your company.
Frank was very understanding & accommodating to my situation while never applying pressure to simply obtain a signature on a contract. Angelo & Peter answered all, & there were many, questions & concerns regarding availability & installation of product. Not once was I made to feel bothersome. Unlike one of the competition. The caring, thoughtfulness, & professionalism displayed by these three men granted Frontier Flooring my business.
Product availability & installation was as per schedule. Companies often claim that all their installers are good. Vitaliy surpassed the word good in my opinion. He applied his knowledge, pride & craftmanship leaving me with a masterful looking room.
