I am a home owner within the past year and in the Spring got my surprise with uninvited guests.... ANTS!!!! After discovering a nest I thought I solved the problem on my own, but after a 6 weeks of still finding some pesty relatives dropping in, I decided to call in the experts. Waheed was very professional, showing up on time and putting my mind at ease that although ants are pests that my problems could be much worse. He found a several nests and soon the 4 legged pests were scurying away from what they knew was their last breath... . I was very impressed that Waheed called me a week later to see how effective the treatment was. I would highly recommend him to others.

Waheed Ahmed of Pesticon provided fast efficient service to remove a bee hive on a tree at our home. He was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, offered a same day appointment, and was on time for the appointment. Onsite, he was quick and friendly and offered us good advice. He removed the bee hive with ease and there have been no bees around the tree since then. Waheed will be the first in mind for any pest control services we may need in the future, and I highly recommend his services to anyone in the GTA region.

I have a small property that I manage and unfortunately, the little critters got in. These were little roaches, but they happened to be there in abundance. When calling Pesticon, I received fantastic help. Call was courteous and the first showing was within hours. Waheed took a quick look of the facilities, gave me an estimate, and was back the very next day to do the work that was needed. Worked like a charm and haven't seen any little roaches since. Waheed was nothing short of a gentleman and absolutely professional about his work. In the past I used the larger pest control companies, but never have I had such amazing work done so fast. When i found out i had bedbugs, i was upset, disgusted and worried for my child(ren). i called many companies to find out what my choices were and how to get rid of them. Pesticon was the only company who followed up with me after i called and wasnt pushy or rude. I chose Pesticon because they were flexible and came at a time that fit my families schedule. I am very happy with the results.

Living in downtown Toronto near the Garrison Creek (IE sand in the soil), we have had previous termite damage in our 100 year old house. We knew this when we bought and had a $250 termite inspection with another company. When doing some recent renovations, we saw what we thought might be more recent activity. I called Waheed and he arranged to come as soon as possible (within 4 hours) and check out the areas in question. He confirmed there is still no current termite activity, but that there was evidence of recent (not sure how recent) carpenter ant damage. He left the site with NO CHARGE. He later let me know we should consider an updated termite proofing and a spraying for carpenter ants. I did not feel pressure with either recommendation. We decided to have the spray done for the carpenter ants, and we will not hesitate to call Waheed back for a termite proofing when time and finances permit.

Waheed was very informative during his visit, very friendly and very professional. I felt like I was getting personal and professional service and will definitely call him back for any other pest issues that arise.

Every now and then you encounter an individual who provides punctual, timely and courteous customer service like no other - last month that person was Waheed for us. He provided his professional services to eradicate the numerous carpenter ants that were building a nest at the base of the front porch of our house.
