Absolutely brutal process from the time a deposit is taken, to delivery. After deposit you immediately loose your point of contact with the branch and begin communications with an offsite warehouse. The warehouse is disorganized, rude and its sole propose I believe it to force a payment prior to appliance arrival. The staff at Goemans is quick to pass you onto someone else, the manager is always not in today, and everyone gives you a new answer. I have never received such bad service from any company, in my life. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
