Terrible experience! Bought a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The ice maker didn't work. Repair people have come three times and claim to have fixed it each time. After the third repair we woke up to a flood in our kitchen. They put me on hold when I called and said that a repair person would come in four days! We hired an independent repair person who said the ice maker and installation was an amateur job. They laughed at how badly the fridge was installed.
