washing machine + installation
payed for a full install of a fresh machine, they left it half installed in a way where I now have to completely uninstall it in order to access the drain that i now have to tie the machine into. they had the gall to attempt to sucker my poor wife out of a further hundred and fifty dollars for them to do it. thankfully she is smarter than that. avoid if you can!

As communicated during the purchase, our installation is limited to the accessories provided with the machine. Delivery teams, across all retailers, are not equipped for modifications requiring a service technician and in your case requiring a drain extension, which does involve additional charges. This information is outlined on your invoice and our delivery inclusions/exclusions page.
Drawing a parallel, it's akin to purchasing an Apple phone with a standard 3-foot cord but needing a 6-foot cord due to the distance from your charger. Apple doesn't include the 6-foot cord; it must be bought separately at an additional cost regardless of if you choose to leave apply a online review or not.
