We visited the showroom prior to our purchase of an awning for our new home. We were very well received and guided to the best product for our needs. The installation was flawless and professional. The awning looks and works great.
With the nice weather returning, we called to ask a question in regards to maintenance or servicing of our awning as it had started to make a small clicking sound towards the end of the roll-out. Since some installers were to be in my neighbourhood in the following days, Helen from Roll-tec sent them to our house at no charge!! The servicemen were very professional and helpful. This was our 4th time interacting with different people at Rolltec and each time we were impressed with the customer service and professionalism of these employees.
We ordered a side curtain for our awning and although a little expensive, we loved our experience with Rolltec and do not hesitate to recommend to everyone interested in an awning for their home or business.
