We don't have a backyard and our side patio becomes unbearably hot in the summer until around 3 PM. The first covid-19 summer made us realize we needed a solution to maximize our usage. He explained the various options, what he felt worked best for sizing and what to expect with the awning's performance. The installation crew were friendly, patient and took great care. The crew also took a lot of pride in their work and even commented that the awning is beautiful and the perfect choice for the space. Outstanding quality.
