A most satisfied customer, I was impressed with the showroom and the view through large windows of employees
working in a pleasant space. The fact that these products are wholly made in Canada and that this business serves the local economy made me feel even more confident in my purchase. Come the day of installation I was met by very polite and skilled servicemen who did a great job and who then took the time to demonstrate all functions.
The large awning, operated easily by a remote control and which also has a sensor to automatically retract the awning in the event of strong gusty winds, is a lovely feature to my home. Im sure that it will provide greater enjoyment of my patio time and add to the value of my property.

We purchased a 16 x 12 awning with electric motor and wind sensor through our salesman, Nick. Nick is amazingcame over on time, made great suggestions regarding size and then we went to the showroom which buyers should always do to see the variety and benefits of the various add-ons.
This is a company that DELIVERS EXACTLY WHAT IT PROMISES AT A GREAT PRICE AND ON TIME! That is rare usually and almost Herculean during Covid.
The crew arrived and with Oscar leading them, everything went perfectly.

The Rolltec installation team were very professional and quite friendly. They were careful installing the awning. Once installed, they clearly explained how to care for and operate it. The installation could not have gone better.

Beautiful awning installed yesterday. Kind, helpful, courteous, experienced installers, were quite quick and efficient and had good ideas on how to change some of our lighting to enhance the product.

Roltec is very easy to deal with. The sale person in the showroom was knowledgeable about their products. The rooms has many samples and awning models to look at. The sale person came to our house on time and very easy to deal with. The installers were efficient and explained everything to us. The final product is beautiful and the color matches perfectly with our deck. Very happy customers we are.

Prices were competitive with 3 other awning companies that we contacted. Nick the salesman was very helpful and patient , my wife is very particular and wanted quality. The serviceman Oscar and his assistant did an excellent job in properly aligning the awning, installing it and explaining the operation plus cleaning up after the work was completed. Highly recommended !
