New Air conditioner and Furnace

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They have caused nothing but problems. Everytime they come to our house they have to return multiple times because something has been screwed up. Customer Service is terribly lacking and they don't seem to care. I had no choice today but to file a formal complaint against this company as nothing was resolved.

We certainly apologized for accidentally leaving the furnace on during the last maintenance service. A refund for that service was also provide to you. Please contact us if there is anything else we could do.
