University Painters

University Painters painted our home from top to bottom. While the price was over our initial budget, the contractor we worked with more of Han made up for it. He was professional, wonderful and understanding with our special needs children, pets, always on time and did an excellent job. We love it.

The workers were first class and took their time while respecting our time. The quality of the paint matched the excellent workmanship. There were no issues and they inspected the work with me to ensure we were please. Answered all questions

After enduring a few unpleasant experiences with other painting companies over the years, it was such a pleasure dealing with University Painters. I undertook three separate painting projects this year and each one was handled efficiently and professionally. I certainly made the right decision hiring them.

James -owner- always answered our calls and emails, and he did the estimate first that anyone else, and the estimates clearly stated what we needed and his advice. Jimmy -son- supervised the painter, and brought the material on time, and followed the painter work. The house were not occuped. Ray -painter- he is a profesional easy to go, hard worker. Let said: I stayed at home some hours but I gave him the keys and more than one day he works until midnight to fullfit the time and let us move inn with no extra cost. I will be hiring them to do my new house too.

We had University Painters come to do our master bedroom and an accent wall in another room. The owner James was super organized and responsive when it came to booking our consultation and appointment and the painter Raymond was efficient, clean, organized and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I hired Daniel Zacharias from University Painters to power wash, sand/stain deck. He was quick to give me an estimate and to set up a start date, arrived right on time to begin the work, along with his helper Chad. They spent lots of time prepping and sanding for which I'm very grateful as it was in bad shape. The work was completed in 2 days as planned, an excellent job, everything was tidied up and put away. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend. The price was right, the weather co-operated and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Daniel has a good business head, is personable and I particularly appreciate his on-time performance throughout.
