What a terrible Company with dishonest people ! Be aware !!Never use them !
I should never choose this company.... The price was high but in home design lady was nice so I took the shoot.. It turns out everything was wrong !
1. On the day they installed the closest , all the pieces were installed separated on the side walls. They were suppose to be connected TOGETHER !! Common sense . They are arguing that that was in my design?
2. After argue with them on the phone, they finally made the change to connect the closets together but because that, they want to charge me more to finish the rest of the work ?!!!
3. They charge me right away even when the job not completed . Nicole does NOT seem to care I was upset about the fact that they haven't finished it and charged me again today before I can even put a stop on my CC！
4. When I asked to speak with the owner, Nicole simply said she was in charge and doesn't allow me to explain this to the owner and find a solution.
I wouldn't imagine a company like this could exist in Niagara . What a dishonest company. If you don't believe the story. call me 2899831678.
* I would revise my opinion if they can even "try" to solve this !! But no , nothing !***
Jan. 23 adding photos which was before they made the change . As you can see the closets are separate and they are overlapping each other. More importantly I have specifically told the design lady that we need to put the safe box to the A wall corner lot . She asked us to give her the measurement and made the design. It turns out B closet is overlapping A corner, the safe box can't even put in !

We are sorry to hear about your unhappiness with the end result of this project. We have offered you a service date to install the missing trim pieces and have agreed to hold back processing payment of that remaining amount. However, your project has been completed as per your design and contract. While we did work with you on site and were able to accommodate some changes that you asked for at no cost, we cannot make major changes such as widening sections and making panels deeper without having you pay for the additional materials and labour, as was explained to you.
