Dean and his re-finishing/installation team were outstanding (Russ-installer/Larry re-finishing), they executed the quote exactly as we were advised (timelines/price, etc.) and were extremely professional during the entire process. They answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout each stage of our flooring project; they are expert craftsmen and the pride they take in their work is reflected in the finished product.
