I booked Green Drop for the first time this year. They indicated they would be out to aerate, seed, fertilize/weed kill my lawn within 7 business days (if no rain) and then they would come to fertilize an another 4 times during the summer.
Someone came to aerate and seed 15 business days later and it took 25 business days before someone came to fertilize and weed (and it only rained 2 days that whole time). So when am I suppose to get the other 4 treatments of fertilizer? At this rate they will still be fertilizing my lawn in December.
To make matters worse, after the fertilizer/weed killer was applied I have half a dozen burn spots on my lawn! I called to complain and was told someone from green drop will come out to assess the lawn within the next 7 business days. Seriously? The whole point of purchasing their services was to have beautiful green lawn and instead I have wound up with lawn covered in burn spots which might be fixed sometime in July or August if I'm lucky at this rate.
A total waste of money. I will NEVER use these guys again. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first before I hired these guys.
