Wholesale Fireplace recently replaced our old fireplace with a new unit and also did the stone work and full installation. If was a great experience as they provided a one shop solution to the entire renovation. Working with Jodi and Dillan was awesome. They provided us with very professional service and the entire install took only three days. We have had so many comments on how beautiful the fireplace turned out and that it changed and modernized the whole look of our family room. Thanks folks for a job well done and we will definitely recommend AWF to our friends.

When it came time to purchase a fireplace for my basement rec room I did my due diligence and shopped a number of reputable fireplace companies in Edmonton. As expected, I came back with a wide range of prices and options. Although price always plays a factor in my decision making process, my experience with the company's representatives also plays a major part.

I dealt with Jodi and found him be very knowledgeable of his product and as well as the fireplace industry as a whole. He provide me with a number of options and described, in detail, the pros and cons of each. He then made recommendations that he thought would best suit my requirements.

As I was doing the framing and prep work myself, Jodi also made suggestions that could save me time and money on the preparation and framing of the site. Although, his quote was not the cheapest, he close to it and provided me with the best 'Bang for my buck'.

The installation was scheduled for a week later. The installer, Dillon, arrived on time and notified me before arriving. Dillon did an excellent job with the installation. He was quick, efficient and clean. Dillon even went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a issue that a previous heating and 'freezin' company created when they installed the gas line to my Bar-B-Q - not to code.

I had an excellent experience with Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace.

Sales were very knowledgeable and patient while we decided on the product. Job was scheduled and completed exactly when we were told it would be. The install guys were amazing and did a fantastic job, including clean up. Highly recommend.

Jody was a helpful and knowledgeable sales rep as well as arriving early "Sunday!" morning to got the job done in an efficient an timely manner. Happy the guys made the time to install the insert as soon as possible.

I was replacing a standard FP with a log set and purchased a linear fireplace. Jody and Jason helped me out and were very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell and were honest about what I needed and the choice I was making. The price was certainly less than any others I looked at.
There was no site visit necessary and the installers had a lot of work ahead with widening the opening for the vent. It was clear they would not give up until it was done. My only concern was that the light kit was not working when they left. I purchased a remote control that solved that problem, but if I had not, I have no way of knowing if they would have been able to get it going. I'm confident that they would have resolved it though. The fireplace is beautiful and no surprises.

Service was excellent, site visit was excellent- install and delivery excellent!! Over all we are very happy with the entire process and would 100% recommend to any friends and family.

Very pleased with my fireplace. The work was done efficiently and time was spent to ensure I knew how to run everything.
