While we had been considering a new front door and sidelights for a number of years, Amberwood was highly recommended and so we we explored our options. We had a poorly crafted composite door that was less than ideal and although the previous owners tried to make it look like a premium door and entry it was poorly done. After we met with Rick we were sold on Amberwood - from the options, the craftmanship, the attention to detail, the process, the design work and visual imagery, and the speed with which they operated....it was a great experience. They arrived as planned and the install team was outstanding...the finished product and install is exceptional and we admire it every day! Although a premium price- you get what you pay for and it truly is a work of art in every way! Thanks Amberwood!

We suffered with our front doors and entrance for 10 years before making the decision that it had to go and we had to redesign. We found Amberwood Doors while looking through some on-line pictures of new entranceways and called them. Our saleman Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and patient and wasn't afraid to give us opinions - we liked that a lot. The install was also handled very professionally. We couldn't be happier with the new entranceway. When we got home the first night, I found one of my neighbours on our front lawn taking a picture of our new doors. They are stunning and can't tell you how many compliments we get and how it has changed the entire appearance of our house for the better. I can't believe we waited as long as we did. This new entranceway is a work of art and high high quality. We are Very happy!

From the initial visit to their showroom, to the viewing the possible replacement door styles on their door software, to the measurement of our entryway in Cobourg, to the actual installation of the entryway on a cold day in January, this was a completely satisfactory experience. Very professional employees from start to finish.

Our door / entry system shopping started about 1-1/2 years before we purchased. We visited many local door showrooms and had several visits from salespeople but never seemed to find the right solution. One day we received an Amberwood advertising card / brochure in the mail that tweeked our interest enough to visit their showroom. When we walked in the Amberwood showroom we knew we found the right place. The doors on display in the showroom were spectacular and very grand !! We were greeted by Amberwood’s sales professional, Rick Faccini, who was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Amberwood product. Rick worked with us tirelessly in the showroom going over possible designs / solutions and was able to answer all our questions & concerns. After a visit from Rick in the next several days to confirm dimensions, color, and hardware we were able to proceed with our order. The door was delivered and installed on time by Amberwood’s installation team (Ray & Jacob) who were also very passionate, courteous, clean, polite, and professional in every way. These seem to be the common traits of the employees at Amberwood. We absolutely love our door and highly recommend Amberwood Doors to anyone shopping for a high-quality door solution that will make your house stand out from the ordinary.

I was referred to Amberwood Doors from the window manufacturer we used for our house reno. The window salesperson said that while his company also made front-entry systems, nothing would compare to the quality and service of Amberwood - and for the same price! On that basis I went to the showroom and met Chris Black. Not only was he super knowledgeable, he was extremely personable and fun to deal with. He made the whole process of selecting a door and finish straightfoward. The door we selected together looks amazing and is of higher quality than what the window company was offering. The installation team was very quick in removing and installing - taking care of both interior and exterior trim. We strongly recommend using Amberwood.
