Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

Ed is fantastic - advised me prior to the repair the timeframe, cost, etc. and walked me though the pros/cons of a repair vs. replacement. Also, gave me temporary heat while waiting for the part. Great service from all the team at Acclaimed! Thank you.

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The previous owner recommended Acclaimed and we have appreciated their service since. The service is friendly, organized and communication is proactive and professional. I received a call from the service manager in the morning of our appointment as a confirmation. This is appreciated! That said, and being new to Edmonton I’m surprised at how much it costs to service two furnaces. While I value the service I will shop around next time to compare prices.

Greg was professional and efficient. Showed before and after pictures as well. Acclaimed provided a very good service that we would definitely recommend to others. The cost of the service was well within reason.

This was the annual fall clean up, we were very happy with the service. We also had the tech bring out an Air Conditioner cover for us. He was on time, on point gave us all the high points of our system and what we might be looking at down the road.

I've used Acclaimed for the past 3 furnace cleans. They are informative, quick and clean. The first time, the technician discovered one of our cold air returns wasn't connected to the system. We'd been in the house for 14 years & none of the other companies had ever noticed that. I will use Acclaimed again.

Ed performed a preventative maintenance service for our furnace and hot water tank, and we were very pleased with the honest and thorough service provided. Ed was very personable and knowledgeable, and he was willing to explain everything he was testing as he performed the service.
