I'll be generous and leave Delta Glass & Mirror 1 star.
We hired a general contractor to do some renovations in our home in 2020. Due to their complete negligence, we've since fired that general contractor. One of the (many) things they messed up was ordering the incorrect shower door handle for a new glass shower enclosure in our bathroom. When Delta Glass manufactured the shower door, they were given the incorrect door handle specs and, unfortunately, that's what got installed - which, to be absolutely clear, was NOT Delta Glass' fault or responsibility. That's why they earned the 1 star.
After we fired the general contractor, I contacted Delta Glass to arrange for a new shower door to be manufactured with the correct door handle - all to be paid for by us, the homeowners. Even though we had already paid for it once through the general contractor, we had no desire to deal with them moving forward to correct the issue (in fact, I'm still waiting on a reply to an email I sent July 17, 2021). Initially, I was told by the Operations Manager, Chris, that I would need to go through the general contractor in order to have the correct door/handle installed. When I explained to him that we were no longer willing to use the general contractor due to negligence, and that we were prepared to pay for the replacement ourselves, he said that he would draft up a quote for the replacement door. That was almost a month ago. I've followed up with him via email and voicemail (he never seems to be in the office) and I've received nothing. This morning, I received an email from Chris stating that he's declined my business altogether, with no explanation given as to why.
As you can see from previous reviews...I highly recommend that you do NOT do business with Delta Glass.
