Between our house and garage, we needed to have multiple levels of shingle and flat roofs replaced. A friend recommended J Stewart, and from the beginning, John provided that extra bit of care and detail by going up onto the different levels to take photos and assess the scale of the work, which included the removal of a rooftop deck. Not only did we receive a quote very quickly, it was also the most reasonable of the 3 we got. He was quick to respond to questions we had and accommodating regarding timing. Once work commenced, his dedicated crew of 3 was pleasant and professional and completed the job in 5 days as was predicted. John came almost every day to monitor the progress and help as well. They cleaned up along the way, including hauling away the remains of the deck, and by the time they were done, our property was immaculate. A few days after the job (and a fair amount of rain), John returned to inspect the roof to make sure all was right and tight. He also recommended someone to build a replacement deck who was also very pleasant and professional with great ideas and solid skills.
