Fireplaces review in

We were happy with the service one estimate and installation, but follow up warrantee service was absolutely terrible. It took multiple phone calls and emails to get any contact, when our fireplace stopped working. Then it took a month to get someone to come and check it out. Then four months to have it repaired... During which time it was almost impossible to get any response to queries about when the work would be done. And once done, I've had to get work done by another company to fix mistakes, which apparently were made during the initial installation and the repair as well. Very disappointed with this company.
