Cannon was very responsive and persistent in getting our security and surveillance system operational at our New Brunswick home. Their level of integrity is absolutely excellent. We are very happy we chose Cannon and would strongly recommend them to family and friends.

When Mum went into hospital we needed to get her home alarm upgraded and monitored very quickly. The Cannon team handled it very smoothly, adding smoke detectors and cold temperature sensor within a day of their assistance being requested. The workmanship was excellent and they left the place spotless when they departed.

Cannon has also helped us with recommendations to reputable journey person trades people for some of the repairs that we needed to get done for Mum. They have been bend over backwards helpful. We have definitely received full value plus for the money spent. They are a modern effective team with an old school sense of honour, where the customer is always their first priority. After a break in we decided to install and alarm and video security system. We hired Canon Security which is an ADT affiliate. They were extremly knowledgeable and installed the whole system in a day and a half. All the systems are working great, and when I have any questions or concerns, I always get a prompt response.
