They didn't have a great day....ran late, had equipment issues, could've cleaned up better, scratched our floors, and left some cracks in the ceiling.
But we all have bad days. Their customer service (Michelle) and willingness to accept responsibility was astonishing. They went over and above what was necessary to make us happy. They succeeded, so much so that we asked to them do another job for us.

Although we do not pretend to be a perfect company, we are proud to say that we are an accountable company. We apologise that the job didn't go as planned but glad that we were able to resolve the issues in the end.
