An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are very happy with our new skylights. The appearance from both inside and outside the house is much improved. We also notice a significant reduction in the noise coming into the house from outside. The workmanship was very professional - on time, courteous and considerate. The only suggestion I have is that it would be an added bonus to have help cleaning the shafts to the skylights on the inside since some debris from the installation adhered to the walls. Given the height it is difficult for me to reach and clean.

Thank you for the feedback. The crew did comment on how the skylights have really enhanced the appearance of the house. Skylights have come a long way, and there are always ongoing innovations to their design. The new skylights now are manufactured in such a way that the noise factor is reduced dramatically.
