Honest!! Helped me over the phone!
I was extremely anxious and upset to see a small puddle under my skylight this afternoon. I called Dennis at Skylights Unlimited immediately to plead for some help asap.
Instead of charging me for a visit, Dennis patiently asked some clarifying questions and deduced that the water was likely condensation from the fast overnight drop in temperature. He suggested that I monitor the skylight over the weekend, when rain is expected. He also offered a number of suggestions to keep the humidity down in my home.
I hope to never have a skylight leak/emergency, but if I do, Skylights Unlimited will be my first call.
