Skylight is highly recommended by my friend. After seeing the finishing job done by Skylight, I decided to approach the company for our work done. Denis, President of Skylight, paid a first visit to my home a month ago and provided me a quotation in one day. Today, Ed and his team spent just a morning (9am - 1pm) and get the job done perfectly. Ed explained clearly to me what they have done and he also suggested me to consider replacing my shingle roof this/next year coz he saw our roof is getting dry/rough. I would highly recommend Ed and Skylight.

We needed to replace an existing skylight and I was nervous about touching it as it wasn't leaking, yet, but I didn't want to touch it and then it starts to leak. I connect with Skylights Unlimited and Denis was great, he connected with me quickly, did a site visit, explained everything and even suggested a lower cost option for us, when does that ever happen with a company? We were thinking of putting blinds on the skylight for sun and Denis suggested an upgrade to the glass, which would do the same job we wanted at a much lower cost, thanks Denis! Denis then teamed us with Bryan who installed the new Skylight, Bryan was also wonderful, very professional, answered all my questions and also took a look at our sun tunnels, just to check on them and he touch up some of the sealant around them, no cost, just great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skylights Unlimited for any job, large or small. Great customer service, knowledgeable and straight forward. Thanks Denis and Bryan!!

We visited the Skylights Unlimited booth at the Toronto Home Show last spring. We decided to install three sun tunnels in our somewhat dark bungalow. The Skylights Unlimited crew did an excellent job in positioning and installing the sun tunnels to maximize the lighting in our kitchen and bathroom. We are very pleased with the work.

We had an old skylight that needed to be replaced, and Denis came quickly to give us a quote, explain the product choices and gave us recommendations, and explain why the skylight was leaking. The quote was very reasonable, and Denis also offered to look at my other skylight for me to make sure that it was okay.

The install team consisting of Ed and Brian came out later during the month to make the installation. Very polite and professional. They took the time and care to make sure that the Velux skylight was installed correctly, explained to me what was done, and also gave me useful comments/recommendations on my other skylight and overall my roof.

Very good skylight experts and I will definitely use them again.

Denis visited by house with little delay, explained the options clearly and delivered a quote quickly. His team arrived and finished the job in less than a day. I am very pleased with the service provided by this company.

I had an old skylight which was failing. Denis came and outlined the process and options.
Due to the option I selected (auto blind with remote) he was clear that it would be a little while to be ready due to supply chain chip shortest. Ok, no problem.
When it was ready installation went well. All the work (other than laying drop clothes) was done from the outside. They did more than I expected as I thought I'd need to do a bit of drywall work afterward, however they sealed it and I'm happy with the final outcome.
I'll call them when my other skylight needs to be replaced.

I've had now had the new skylight ~5 months, I got it done just before winter.

We needed 25 year old skylights replaced on our home. From our initial contact with Denis and his team they were professional thorough and extremely courteous in explaining the work that was required and the various alternatives. During the installation the team went out of their way to explain the work that was being done and were very respectful of our property and ensured that the work areas were clean after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them for this service and they are way ahead of their competitors in service delivery.

After an initial phone call on Tuesday, Denis visited our house on Friday to inspect a skylight that was possibly leaking. His diagnosis was condensation instead. So he provided lots of advice and explanation for maintenance and monitoring. He also gave friendly explanation for what was happening with the hardware and the environment, which helped. If any future work is needed, my wife and I will definitely call Skylights Unlimited.

Denis showed up right on time to assess and price the replacement of two 20 year old skylights. He capably described the process, innovative components from the manufacture and his own company that would be used to guarantee no leaks, superior insulation, and noise reduction from the exterior. I wanted to get our old and leaking skylights replaced before winter and, despite having numerous projects on the go, Denis was able to schedule the work three weeks after I received the quote.
On the day of the replacement, a capable and professional crew of three showed up on time, got all the work done, installed two beautiful new skylights, completed any kind of clean up and touch up work that was required inside, showed me the photos of the work that was done outside, and walked me through all the work completed and provided me a clear invoice that matched the original estimate.
The results? We no longer hear any exterior noise, there is no moisture penetration to inside the house (despite very heavy rain fall in November and early December), we have much improved insulation that has resulted in a noticeable difference during the winter so far, amounting to an approximately 10% reduction in heating cost.
