I used Lane for my condo inspection. He came highly recommended. Upon inspecting the property, he was honest, thorough and professional. He inspected each area and explained to me step by step what he was going to do. The complete report with pictures was very detailed and helpful. I liked that he was very knowledgeable with building structures. He was friendly, punctual and he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Lane and definitely recommend him to all my friends.
