I have known Lane from Able Home Inspections for many years. He does all my inspections whenever I purchase new property. I hired him to inspect a 100 year old multifamily apartment building in North Van, many multiple single homes, townhouses and many condos in Vancouver. Thanks to him I have never had any issues with my properties. I totally rely on his expertise. He is a very knowledgeable inspector and very easy to work with. His reports are very detailed and have many pictures I highly recommend him to all home buyers.
