I truly have nothing but good to say about our experience. Courtenay was our consultant. She was great- she listened to what was important to us (more our dislikes than our likes!) and our parameters- we were working with existing space- and revised plans as we solidified what we were after. And importantly to us, with no sales pressure- something that turns both of us off.
The wait time was lengthy but very clearly indicated up front and is the reality of a covid/post covid world.
The delivery of the cabinets was exactly when specified and carefully done so no damage, and the price was extremely reasonable- definitely recommend the delivery option!
The install crew was also fantastic- very organized and precise- which I would expect. Attention to detail is very important to us and it was clearly there.
A couple of minor pieces of damage (from building, not from delivery or install) were noticed and replacements were installed very quickly.
Our kitchen was 35 years old -veneer with oak strip handle. We always thought it would be a huge expense to update our kitchen but it was so reasonable!
