Verdun Windows And Doors

Workers came in and replaced three windows on the rear of the house. After the job was completed, I was asked to do an inspection, all looks great, very professional. Workers were well organized and experienced.
Overall, we are every pleased and will be using Verdun for later projects.

After job was completed, noticed workers hand prints on the windows, inside and out. Maybe having them cleaned after install would have been good. Just for perfection!

Verdun delivered everything they promised at a fair and competitive cost. They replaced 4 slider windows for casements that are well designed and easy to open/shut. From the start with the salesman (John) to the crew, everything went as it should. The installers were a clean, conscientious and professional crew and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future jobs along with highly recommending them to others.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficient and quick responses when asked questions by e-mail. Quick (and clean) door installation. Satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new front door.

Did 2 garage windows this year. Would have given a 5 star except that there was insufficient caulking applied over the window frame on the outside. Caulking sometimes shrinks after application. I called Verdun several months after as I had only noticed the gaps when hanging my Xmas lights. They came over within a few days and re-caulked both windows all around. Great service.

Kevin and Sylvain arrived a bit later than expected but once here they set up quickly and worked steadily and efficiently despite consistent rain. The finished work looks great except for a minor scratch on the wooden window surround which I will need to paint. The flashing and new windows make our house look very up-to-date.

The installation team arrived at the time/day that was specified. The windows were installed in record time - the work was well done and they were very careful about cleaning up and explaining everything that was done. I would recommend Verdun to anyone and if I require more work they will be the ones I will call.

We have been very happy with the window installation which was done about 5 years ago. There was a problem with one of the windows and Verdun was very prompt at sending someone to look at and fix the problem. The very kind repair man helped with a couple of other issues and also offered advice on the care of the windows. He told me not to hesitate to contact Verdun if any other issues came up. Verdun truly stands by their product.

They were very efficient and the door is beautiful, but it has a small paint defect that has still not been fixed. I left a message with their office, but no response. For that kind of money I do expect it to have no defects.

Love our Martin windows, but extremely disappointed with our Verdun experience.
Installers damaged our radiator to the tune of an $1100+ repair bill. Radiator was working prior to their arrival, and it was spewing water when they left. We were told that unless we could prove that it was their fault, they wouldn't cover the cost. The plumber figured it must have been knocked while they worked overhead, but how do you prove it? Following up with the company afterwards was frustrating.
Scheduling was also very poor. They arrived on the first scheduled date missing most of the order. Getting information regarding a new installation date involved many non-returned phone calls.

Both Gabriel and Andre were very professional. They took time to explain the job. They even suggested I cover over my closet which has no doors. Most people would not have even noticed. Thankfully they had plastic. They vacuumed up and cleaned the glass.WOW!!
I almost forgot, there is a very tiny crack in the glass they noticed while cleaning it, they'll be here next week to replace it. Amazing service, from the phone calls to the installation. Also they look at a leaking window for me and caulked it. GREAT
