Verdun offered a very competative price that I could not turn down (almost 70% lower than two other quotes I'd received). Sales person was very helpful and easy going. There was a bit of a lag between signing the contract (20% down payment) to the actual installation of approximately 2.5 months which did not matter in my case. The installation was performed in an excellent manner and took approximately 2 hours. I would recommend Verdun Doors & Windows.

We ordered 4 casement-style windows, two sliders, a large bay window and a patio door, and were advised of delivery in 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we were called to arrange a date for the installation which was completed within the estimated 1.5 days. The two-man team headed by Stephane was very proficient; they worked really well together and were able to resolve ancillary problems as they arose (our home is 44 years old) without difficulty or complaint.

The salesperson was very professional, quick and patiently attentive, giving us a reasonable quotation for the job. Office staff was very courteous and called following installation to ask if all was as expected.

This was our second experience with Verdun and we are completely satisfied with the whole process. Our house is much more attractive and we will benefit from the thermal improvements.

Verdun was first-rate from the moment we called them to when the workers cleaned up after themselves after installation. They honoured their deadline commitment to make the windows and arrived on time (a few minutes early!) on the day of the installation. We're are happy with the windows and the thoroughly professional installation service.

Verdun has replaced all the windows of our home and has also replaced the front door and patio door. We had everything done in three phases and every time the service was A+ from the moment I called to book the appointment to the final installation. We get comments from everyone, neighbors and family members alike, commenting on the look of the windows and especially the front door all the time! We had one issue with a window 2 or so years after the initial installation, I called them and within a few days I had someone coming to fix the issue without any questions asked, nor did I have to pay anything. This was the second time this year that we used Verdun to install some windows. The first time we got six new windows and this time we added four more windows. Mike, the sales person, was nice and very low pressure, something I really appreciated. The windows were custom built in the amount of time we were told. The installers were professional, did the job quickly and cleaned everything up when they were done. They also added some additional facing above the upstairs windows so that we won't have to go up there an repaint the old colour. We have six windows left in our home to be replaced, and we'll be using Verdun again for those ones.

I decided to have Verdun provide me with an estimate after seeing JJ Clark on the news promote their product and I am very pleased that I did. From the salesman who initially came out. to the 3 installers who arrived at 6:45 am to begin work on the day of installation, the service was great. The windows and doors themselves have made a dramatic difference in my home, both inside and out. I have received nothing but positive feedback from family, friends and neighbours.
