I can't say enough about Elsie, Sean and the Allstar Restoration Team. They did an exceptional job coordinating and restoring our basement after a flood. They are very friendly, communicative, willing to work with the homeowner and hardworking. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations in completing the work. I highly recommend the Allstar team for future reference.

Poor workmanship and even worse communication and scheduling. They never told us what days they were coming or what they were doing when they did come. Left our door unlocked, left the basement gate open (which was installed to keep our cats from going down to the basement) and left lights on. Absolutely the worst service in every capacity. Elsie was told over and over to keep us updated on work schedule and days entering house, she never did.
