We saw a beautiful bright green glass pendant light at the Coquitlam location of Robinson Lighting. We needed 3 and that store only had the 1. I called the Cambie location and they did an exceptional job of tracking down 3 lights for me. They gave us a great price (these were already clearance items) and they even cleaned them up for us so we could make sure the colour was perfect. We were very happy with our experience with the lighting manager, Andrea, and would certainly shop there again.
While we were there, we did have an encounter with another employee who was a total snob who said to us "the colour is called chartreuse" when we already knew what it was called. I think their sales staff are hit and miss. As long as you deal with Andrea you will be satisfied with your experience!
