Received great advice and explanations as to why considertions should be made. Our preferred ultra modern and yes, expensive choice for light on the front of the garage were not as practical as less expensive fixtures that cast light forward on to the driveway. Great advice and very important to us. Also explained to us was the different colours of light from LED potlights and where the different options are most appropriate.
The store was busy, though relaxed, and the attention we received was not hurried. Grateful for the assistance and very pleased with the competitively priced products.

Nixon Ho is knowledgeable about the various landscape lighting products available. He provided us with good advice and presented a number of good options in detail for us to consider. He was very responsive to our enquires, before and after the sale. Highly professional service in all respects.

I needed to order vanity lights and spoke to James at Supreme Lighting. He emailed me pictures according to the specs in our conversation. I then selected the lights and relayed my choice to James. Whereupon he communicated directly with the company to organize getting my lights delivered to me asap. And kept me informed during the whole process. Despite the fact my order was small, James treated me as a valuable customer. James is a true professional, courteous and effective. Can't recommend him enough!

I contacted supreme lighting about a a glass dome that was broken on my kitchen pendant. The light came with the house we bought and was not purchased through them. However James was extremely helpful in finding the exact piece and code I needed for the part and ordering it for me. He was extremely quick to reply and deal with the matter. We have moved, redecorated and/or renovated more than 5 houses in the last 25 years, all in the Toronto area. Each time we have looked to Supreme lighting for assistance and always found something we really wanted for our homes. We have done both outside and inside light design, most of the time with Nixon Ho at our side to guide us, and we have been so very pleased each time. He is extremely knowledgable about the designs, the available light options, and the stocking situations. If we don't find anything we like, he will set us up with wonderful catalogues that we might not have otherwise perused, and then we find the best option of all those offered. Nixon has the authority to make pricing decisions and knows so much about electricity and its delivery that he can always find the right solution to your lighting decisions. We will not, unless otherwise unavoidable, go to Supreme without knowing we can see Nixon. I am sure the rest of the sales group is also very well versed in the stock and would do an excellent job. I think the owners are sure of the kind of person they want to represent them, and Nixon is an excellent example of this. He has become a friend and colleague in our decorating adventures. He has great taste and a huge knowledge base. We recommend Supreme without hesitation, but you can't go wrong with Nixon as your sales rep. Thank you Nixon for wonderful service.
