Hello John. I can guarantee you they do not work for us!!! We have had complaints that ex-employees somehow have our customer list and representing themselves as Eden. We know this in a matter of a few ways, one is they use portable vacuum units and we use truck mounted units, two, they want a cheque written in their personal name or cash. I am so sorry you had such a bad experience with whomever these guys are. Please, in the future if you want to make certain you are dealing with Eden, I can't emphasize this enough, but to call our number at 250-475-0444. We do accept cash for payment, but we also do take cheques, Mastercard, Visa and invoicing for previous customers.
For anyone else reading this review, if someone is representing themselves as Eden, call our office number if in question, we do not want anything like this to happen to any of our other customers. We sincerely apologize for this fraudulent activity that is not only putting hardships on our customers, but also hurting our reputation and economically as well.
