Star's Custom Shutters~more than what I expected. Reasonable price, accurate measurement and friendly service and follow up. Andy gave me the best quote, which was no other can beat, very detail on measurement which made me believe how profossinal they are. Kevin and the team came to install, super easy to work with, I am actual very picky. Highly recommended this is the company to go for. It was only take 2 weeks to order and 2.5 hrs to install for 11 windows. Very happy about everything.
