Star's Custom Shutters~more than what I expected. Reasonable price, accurate measurement and friendly service and follow up. Andy gave me the best quote, which was no other can beat, very detail on measurement which made me believe how profossinal they are. Kevin and the team came to install, super easy to work with, I am actual very picky. Highly recommended this is the company to go for. It was only take 2 weeks to order and 2.5 hrs to install for 11 windows. Very happy about everything.

This is our second time contacting Star's Custom shutters. We have have moved in to our second home over 2800 sq ft. I decided to contact Star Custom Shutters as my parents had previously used them and were happy with the quality and service they received. From the first point of contact I was extremely impressed as I was able to obtain a quote over the phone from Kathy by emailing her the measurements of my windows (huge time saver). I was so happy with quote that I decided to do my whole house (including basement) as I had originally just planned to do my upstairs and main floors. Once I agreed to go ahead with the shutters, Kathy immediately scheduled somebody to come in and take the actual measurements and before I knew it, the shutters were ready to be installed. The installers were polite, professional and left no mess, while most importantly, doing an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend Star Custom Shutters to anybody. 10/10

Absolutely Satisfied with every aspect of Service & Installation by Star Custom Shutters. After consulting and nearly falling prey to "Bait & Switch" attempt by Home Depot --who site visited twice after initial store quote --NON-PROFESSIONAL'S ALL, took a deposit and then EMAILED me that the job would be "too difficult" and needed another $800!! I had a recommendation to Star from a friend--SO GLAD --Ended up with great product, beautiful finish, great / friendly installers who installed with out a flaw, at a Better Price than Original HD cost, WITH A CUSTOM FINISH!! This is not my first disappointment with Home Depot Installation Services ....I Really recommend Custom Product Installations be Contracted to the Appropriate Trades / Suppliers like STAR CUSTOM SHUTTERS, and stay away from Big Box Stores that run service like dysfunctional Government. They Could Care Less About YOU THE CUSTOMER!!

We had a few different companies quote for shutters. All of which came recommended. I decided to go with Star because they made their own shutters and the quality seemed good. They also had the best price of the three which was also a strong consideration. We paid a deposit and the install date was scheduled for two weeks later. They arrived as scheduled and the installation team was friendly and professional. They ensured that all the shutters were installed correctly. We are pleased with the way the shutters look and operate. They are a clean and modern look to our home. We opted for the larger slats as they allow more light into the house.

We shopped around and Star Shutters had the best price, after installation, we were pleased with the build quality and workmanship.

The whole process was very professional. Everyone was on time, and very efficient.

One of the patio door had a manufacturing defect, it was promptly pointed out by the installer, taken down, and 3 days later, a refinished patio door was installed. I really respect the fact that the installer was fully knowledgeable and taken the issue upon himself and resolved it for me.

I would definitely recommend Star to my friends and family.

We had 5 windows done in the house. 3 small, one very big and a patio sliding door. I called around for quite a few quotes, however, no other company could beat the price of Star Custom Shutters. I called in with measurements, and they told me aproximately how much it is going to cost. After they came to do their measurements the next day, the price remained the same even though there were slight adjustments to the measurements.
The installing was scheduled within three weeks (really happy about that!)! The guys came in on the scheduled day and installed everything in 2 hours! No mess left behind, just great, fast and efficient work!
Overall we are very happy with the work done and will definetely get the shutters installed with Star Custom Shutters in our next house!
