We contacted Fernando on a contractors recommendation and immediately felt that we were in good hands. He is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, (found errors on a recent survey done by a very reputable surveying company), and put us in contact with members of his team, which offered the best advice possible. We listened to his teams advice and have now changed our project plans and are happy with the direction things have taken. I must add that our situation with the neighbors is less than ideal and Fernando and his team grasped the severity of the problem and worked out a detailed plan to move the plans along.
