Fernando did an excellent job in the design of the open concept and addition to this home. He displayed excellent problem solving and communication skills. We encountered an problem with the calculation of the beams and Fernando played a large role in creating a solution to the issue. I would highly recommend Fernando to anyone looking for a qualified architect or designer.
