wont take responsibility for damaged caused
Installed a fence but subsequently discovered they had seriously damaged my sprinkler system in two separate areas during installation,
Contacted them about reimbursement for the repairs and they basically told me to get lost; saying they were not responsible for their actions because i hasn't flagged the location of the pipes - fair one, but youd think when they found pipes theyd take a little more care and not sever the pipes TWICE. If the installer had knocked on the door and said, hey Phil, sorry but I accidentally cut your sprinkler system (twice), i would have been annoyed but accepted that accidents happen but to cover it up quietly and just walk away is Dishonest. Then on top of that their screw you attitude moves me to write this review.
Furthermore, they also missed about 3 feet of fence, and had to come back to complete the job.
Cannot recommend a service provider that washes its hands of damage it causes and dismisses customer complaints rudely.
