Substituted no name garden patio door for Gentek product
Purchased Gentek windows and custom garden patio door from Daro Vinyl. After I informed Daro Vinyl of the problem they took several steps to add a piece of foam. I still was not happy with light and insects coming through door. Many more visits with glue and weather stripping on screen door part of the "fixes". In a video and emails, I state that I wasn't happy with this Gentek product. I was never corrected. I contacted Gentek about their garbage product and was informed that it isn't a Gentek product and it wasn't their employee in my home. Daro states it is a Canada Windows and Doors product and their employee. Canada Windows and Doors does not respond and I can't find a label on this door. There has been more promises about "fixes", but they disappear when I want the name and qualifications/company of people coming in my home. Just want my money for the door and am working on filing for Small Claims Court. I paid all my bill except $2000 that was held back, because they "missed" installing blinds in the door. Make sure invoice includes brand name of door and keep all emails.
