An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We want to let you know we were very impressed with Great Northern Insulation's customer service and promptness in responding to our questions! Given the nature of our project (an old cottage renovation), there were a number of very challenging issues, for example, the treatment of the area where the old cottage roof met the new addition's roof.
Sean and his team were patient, thorough, and very professional in conducting the work.
The project required more time then originally contemplated and the Northern team was very responsive in finding additional time for the team to finish the work promptly.
On our return when the work was completed, the cottage was spotless, not a drop of insulation on furniture or flooring. We had also forgotten when they began the work to have them cover the main exposed beam and they had already proceeded to begin to spray. They promptly cover the beam at our request. But when cleaning up they had actually gone back and cleaned the beam up...Unexpected! Bravo and thank you!
