I was interviewing 5 companies for my house for the insulation job.
The person that came over to provide the quote was extremely unprofessional. Our appointment was set for 11am, he called me around 1030am and asked me if I was able to make the appointment earlier, when I said that unfortunately I was still on the road and could not make the appointment, his tone changed right away. I reached home around 1050am and called him right away, he didn't pick up, but he did show up to my place at 11am. From the moment he walked in, he had a very cocky ton to him. When I was asking questions, he was like "you should know this already". He also made a mess on my floors, and his response to the mess was "Oh cant help that, this stuff happens", not any type of appology was given. Every single company that provided me with quotes took the time to clean up after themselves
