The motor on our range hood was failing and the unit needed to be replaced. Previous attempts to get it serviced/replaced were unsuccessful with many appliance repair companies, and even big box stores, turning down the job due to the parameters of the installation.
Fortunately, Claude responded to my HomeStars service request within hours and was in constant communication until the job was done.
He started work within days and was very courteous, thorough and transparent. He communicated any and all issues as the job went along and even went above and beyond the original scope of work and corrected shotty duct work left behind by the previous owners. Claude's experience is evident as he was able to provide solutions whenever the job posed challenges and had the job completed a few days after starting.
